Chicago Rules Over Us Midwest

Chicago is the largest among the US Midwest cities, and is also the biggest among Illinois' cities. The City of Chicago can be found mostly in Cook County and thus is different from the Chicago metropolitan area.

From 1893 (the year of the Chicago World's Fair) onwards, the City has been deemed among the world's ten most influential cities. Even before the 19^th century ended, the City had already become the world's 5^th biggest city.
