Founded by Liv Michele Berger in 1997, Body Endeavors has a full staff of instructors and Massage Therapists. Sprawling in an area of 2500 sq. foot space, Body Endeavors to provide the best and unique services to its customers.

Standing as a replica of its name, Body Endeavors replenish the mind, body and spirit. It offers the most unique, comforting and revitalizing therapies. Body Endeavors is fully equipped with all Pilates apparatuses, cardiovascular equipment, and light free- weights.

They provide changing rooms for men and women, lockers and locks for personal belongings, bathrooms, showers and towels are also available. The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning was crafted by Joseph H. Pilates. This method proved to be a source of rehabilitation for his own injuries and health problems.

The therapists specialize in many massage modalities including deep muscle therapy, relaxation massage and sports massage. Body Endeavors is affiliated with the Power Pilates studios located inside the 2 downtown locations at Equinox Fitness Club.
