The Peninsula Spa

Peninsula Spa, a fitness centre is encompassed within 14,000 square foot area. It is located on the top two floors of the five- star Peninsula Chicago, which give panoramic views of Chicago's Magnificent Mile.

Peninsula Spa classes include Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Yoga and The Peninsula Spa's signature class, Ananda. Ananda improves core strength with balls and foam rollers, flexibility with Hatha Yoga moves, and ends with relaxation, meditation, and subtle aromatherapy.

The use of basic postures, movements and breathing techniques to facilitate mind- body union are taught in the Yoga Classes. The Yoga classes, world- renown are designed so as to replenish the mind, body and spirit. The Spa offers massage, skin care, nail care, body treatments and nutritional counseling. We all need to make relaxation and stress reduction a regular part of our lives. A good massage reduces tension and rejuvenates oneself ready for action again.
