Carlos Zambrano Injury Update

Carlos Zambrano, who earlier in the month had an MRI on shoulder, is ready to come back for the Chicago Cubs. That’s good news for the Cubs, especially considering they just got swept by the Chicago White Sox. Zambrano felt discomfort in his shoulder before leaving his last start. The MRI didn’t reveal any major damage, so Zambrano has gotten the green light to resume pitching. Although it hasn’t been announced when Zambrano will pitch next, it should be in the next week.
