Ben Pao

This Chinese restaurant lives up to its name, which means "fireworks" in Chinese. The dishes showcase Mandarin, Szechwan, Hunan, and Cantonese cuisines equally well, with seafood and beef dishes being the favorites. Try the robust eggplant entrée or wok- seared salmon with spinach.

The sleek decor includes two dramatic waterfalls lined with gleaming black slate. The recent creation of Ben Pao is: HOT POT CAFÉ. Hot Pot cooking dates back to 400 A.D. originating in Northern China. The Mongolian soldiers would use their helmets filled with water, then boil whatever beef and mutton they had.

The Hot Pot feast, named Wei- lu, means to circle a pot which symbolizes family unity and togetherness. It is a cozy, yet informal style where you leisurely dip meats and vegetables into boiling broth with your wire mesh baskets.

Each happy hour will bring an array of themed specialty cocktails and interactive entertainment. For groups of 15- 75, their party room offers a semi- private area without sacrificing the unique ambiance of the dining room.
