Opened up in April of 2000, Nine Restaurant was bestowed with many reviews and accolades. It was honored as the best new restaurant of 2000 by Chicago Magazine. The Chicago Sun- Times labeled Nine as Chicago's hottest restaurant. According to the Chicago Tribune's 3- star review, Nine is "a restaurant that's loaded with so much visual flash and so many luxury dining ingredients"... and the restaurant offers "a singular dining experience.”
They aim to serve fresh sea food with warm hospitable service. Nine offers an international blend of American cuisine with emphasis on lobsters, oysters and Ahi tuna. The dining room seats 60 guests for a sit down dinner, 75 guests can be accommodated for a cocktail. A retractable wall separates the dining room for groups of 20- 27 guests each.
In addition, Ghostbar embedded with comfortable couches, specialty cocktails and bottle service. It is located on the upper level of Nine. It accommodates 250 guests for a cocktail and 150 guests for reception.
LUNCH: Monday - Friday 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
DINNER: Monday - Wednesday 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Thursday - 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday - 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Closed Sunday (except during specified conventions, etc.)
